Mornin’ Coffee AI isn’t an off-the-shelf platform where you pay on day one and receive a generic login. Your first 60 days are dedicated to connecting your data, customizing your modules, and testing everything against the way your business operates.
Because every setup is different, there isn’t a one-size-fits-all setup price. Your fee is based on the tier and add-ons you select, as well as the work required to build your custom solution. You’ll receive clear setup pricing after we talk through your options, and you select exactly what you want.

What is the setup fee for?
60 days of work before your billed subscription begins. We connect your data, have an in-depth discovery call with your team, build out your modules, test everything against your existing processes, and prepare your team for launch. Since every buildout is different, the setup fee will be based on what tier you choose and add-ons you select. You will receive exact setup pricing before commitment. The starting price for classic is $1,690 and $2550 for intelligence. Your monthly subscription starts on day 61.
When does monthly billing start?
Day 61. The setup fee is due when you sign, and the monthly subscription begins after the launch period ends.
Is there a contract?
A six month initial commitment that starts the day you sign. The first sixty days are the launch period, so four months of monthly subscription fall inside that first six.
The reason for the six months is honest enough: the first couple of months are setup and tuning, and we'd rather you judge this once it's running properly than give up on it halfway through the build.
Are you replacing ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
No. Mornin' Coffee AI sits on top of them. You keep every system you already have and nothing gets migrated.
What's the difference between Classic and Intelligence?
Both put your numbers on one screen. Intelligence adds a fourth module and the morning brief, explains why your numbers moved, recommends what to look at next, and gives every employee their own page with targets and coaching.
Do I need someone technical on my team?
No. We handle the connection and the setup. If you can read a report you can use this.
What does it work with?
Mornin’Coffee AI works with ServiceTitan and the essentials plan and Max Plan for House Call Pro.
Can we control what employees see?
Yes. Access is set by role. You decide which of your people see what, so a tech sees his own numbers and your financials stay with whoever you give them to.
Can we add things later?
Yes, addons and extra modules can be added at anytime. Please note there might be a setup fee for addons regardless of when you add them.
How often does the data update?
Every five minutes, on its own. If you want the current number right now, every module has a refresh button.
Who can see our company's information?
Access is set by role. You decide which of your people see what, and your company's information is kept separate from every other company's.
Are there extra charges for users or locations?
No. Your monthly price covers your company, however many people you add and however many locations you run.
